Answer: C. If you fail the knowledge exam you must wait until the next business day to retake it. You also have to arrive at the branch at least 30 minutes before it closes to take the computer-based exam that day. The wait applies to the knowledge exam, which has a different delay than the seven days for a failed driving skills exam.
