These terms govern your use of QuizCram. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use QuizCram.

What QuizCram is

QuizCram is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any DMV, licensing board, or certification body (including CompTIA, NCSBN, and PMI). Our questions are original works written from official handbooks and published test blueprints — they are practice material, not real exam content. Passing our quizzes does not guarantee passing the real exam.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential — including any sign-in links we email you, which grant access to whoever opens them. Buying an exam creates an account from your checkout email if you do not already have one; a password is optional. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; sharing accounts to evade per-exam unlocks may result in suspension. Users under 18 need a parent or guardian to create and supervise the account.

Pricing and purchases

Free forever. Every exam has a free set of 20 questions, with full explanations and score feedback — no signup required, no expiry.

One-time unlock. Paying for an exam unlocks its full question bank, the timed exam simulator, and mistake review for that exam, permanently, on your account. There is no subscription, no bundle, and no recurring charge of any kind — a purchase is a single payment.

Per-exam prices are listed on the pricing page and form part of these terms. Prices are shown in USD; Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record) converts to your local currency and applies any required VAT/sales tax at checkout.

Refunds: 3-day money-back guarantee

If an unlock is not right for you, email [email protected] from your account email within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase and we will refund the full price to your original payment method, provided that:

• you have answered no more than 30% of that exam’s paid question bank (we check this against your account activity; the 20 free questions do not count);
• your account has not been used for any of the activities listed under Acceptable use, including automated access, bulk copying or sharing; and
• this is your first refund request for that exam.

A refund ends your access to that exam’s paid content (the free questions stay), and you must not keep or share anything you copied from it. After 3 days, or once more than 30% of the bank has been used, an unlock is final: we do not refund because you changed your mind later or did not pass your exam.

We also refund at any time if you were charged more than once for the same unlock, if the unlock does not activate on your account and we cannot fix it within 3 business days of you emailing [email protected], or if the content is materially not as described on this site.

Apart from this guarantee, by completing a purchase you ask us to deliver the content immediately and, where your law allows this, acknowledge that you lose any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right for digital content once delivery has begun. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under the consumer law of your country. By completing a purchase you also agree to these terms.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record under its buyer terms; Lemon Squeezy may process a refund itself in order to resolve a payment dispute.

Acceptable use

The paid question bank is a protected compilation. You may use it for your own exam preparation and nothing else. You must not:

• scrape, crawl, or use bots, scripts, browser automation or any other automated means to access or extract questions, answers or explanations;
• copy, export, photograph or screen-record the bank in bulk, or translate, redistribute, resell or republish any part of it;
• use our content to build, train or improve a competing question bank, quiz product, dataset or AI model;
• share your account or sign-in links, circumvent access controls, attack the service, or use QuizCram for anything unlawful.

We monitor for these patterns. If we find or reasonably suspect a breach we may suspend or terminate the account without a refund, remove copied content, and take legal action for damages and an injunction where the law allows. Where the law requires, unused purchases on a suspended account are refunded.

Intellectual property

QuizCram owns the site, branding, and question content, including the selection and arrangement of the question banks (original wording; underlying facts remain public). You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own exam preparation — nothing more. Official handbook excerpts, where shown, belong to their publishers and are used with attribution.

Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizCram is provided “as is”; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms with a new effective date and will notify account holders of material changes by email before they take effect. You may stop using QuizCram and delete your account at any time; exam unlocks already purchased survive termination except where your account was suspended for abuse.
