No Right Turn Sign: what it means and what to do
A no right turn sign means right turns are prohibited at this intersection.
What it looks like
A white square with a black right-turn arrow inside a red circle and slash.
What to do
- Do not turn right at the intersection the sign is posted for.
- Continue straight or make the turn at the next legal intersection.

Common questions
No right turn bans the turn altogether. No turn on red bans it only while the signal is red, so you may turn on green.
