What is the legal Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) limit for adult drivers age 21 or older operating a standard motor vehicle in Alabama?
The answer
Answer: A. Under Alabama law, it is unlawful for any person aged 21 or older to operate or be in actual physical control of a motor vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) of 0.08 percent or more, or while under the influence of alcohol. Driving ability is definitely impaired at this level, significantly increasing crash risk.
