What is the legal blood alcohol concentration (BAC) limit for an adult driver age 21 or older in Oklahoma?
The answer
Answer: D. Under Oklahoma law, it is illegal for an adult driver age 21 or older to operate a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.08 percent or higher. An individual can also be prosecuted for driving while impaired with an alcohol concentration between 0.05 and 0.07 percent if observations show their driving ability was compromised.
